For those who have already been vaccinated, we introduce Gimmexin® syrup and its effects to offset the adverse effects of vaccination.

THE OCCURRENCE AND RISE OF WHOOPING COUGH AMONG THE POPULATION

Whooping cough, also known as pertussis, is caused by the bacterium Bordetella pertussis. This disease used to be very common and caused many deaths, especially in children. Vaccinations have resulted in a significant reduction in the incidence of whooping cough in many countries, although occasional epidemics still occur.

HOW DOES IT SPREAD?

Whooping cough is transmitted by airborne droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. It is a highly contagious disease, so it is important to isolate sick people until they are treated.

CONTAGIOUSNESS

Persons with whooping cough are most contagious in the first two weeks after the onset of symptoms. If not treated with antibiotics, they can remain contagious for up to six weeks. If treated with antibiotics, however, contagiousness usually lasts only five days from the start of treatment.

The best prevention of whooping cough is through vaccination, which is part of the standard vaccination calendar for children in many countries.

WHOOPING COUGH VACCINATION

Vaccination against whooping cough is a key step in preventing this serious disease. Vaccination should start from the 9th week of age (2nd month). For those who are worried about the adverse effects of vaccination, Gimmexin® syrup can help.

HOW DOES GIMMEXIN HELP?

Gimmexin® syrup is designed to relieve acute inflammatory reactions and suppress the neurotoxicity of the aluminium that can occur in some vaccines. It contains active ingredients such as curcumin and organic germanium Ge-132, which are anti-inflammatory and improve tissue oxygenation. Gimmexin® also strengthens the baby’s immune system.
